Where we ship
EcoGuard currently ships to addresses in the continental United States — the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally. If you need shipping outside the continental US, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution, but we can't guarantee delivery to these regions through our standard service.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every EcoGuard order. No minimum purchase, no promotional codes required, no hidden fees at checkout. This applies whether you buy a single can or our 3-can bundle.
We pay for the shipping because we'd rather you spend your money on the can than on freight.
Processing time
We ship from our warehouse in Fontana, California, along with overflow capacity from regional partner warehouses across the continental US.
- Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time on a business day are packed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific or on weekends and US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Most EcoGuard orders are delivered within 2–3 business days of shipping. Delivery time depends on the distance from your nearest fulfillment warehouse to your address. We optimize fulfillment to ship from the warehouse closest to you whenever possible.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, peak season volume, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally extend delivery by 1–2 business days.
Carriers
EcoGuard orders are delivered through one of the following:
- UPS Ground
- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery
- Our own freight trucks for larger or multi-can orders within certain regions
The carrier used depends on the destination, order size, and current capacity. You'll see the assigned carrier in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
For freight truck deliveries (used for larger or bundle orders in certain regions), tracking is managed manually. Email us at service@ecoguardstore.com for the current status of any freight shipment.

Multi-can and bundle orders
If you order more than one can in the same purchase (such as our 2-can or 3-can bundles), your order may arrive in multiple packages or be combined into a single freight delivery, depending on size and destination.
- Multiple packages: Each will have its own tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days within the same week.
- Freight delivery: Larger orders may be consolidated onto a single freight pallet for efficiency. Freight deliveries are typically scheduled with a delivery window — the carrier will contact you to confirm.
If you'd like all items in your order to ship together, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Damaged in transit
We pack every order carefully, but heavy items occasionally take damage in shipping. If your EcoGuard arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and the product before unpacking further.
- Submit a claim through our Return Center within 7 days of delivery.
- We'll arrange a free replacement — no return shipping required, no questions about whose fault it was.
This is the fastest way to resolve a damage claim. Email replies during business hours are typically same-day.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, your building manager, or other household members.
- Look for the package in unusual delivery locations (back porch, garage, behind landscaping).
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us — we'll work with the carrier and, if needed, ship a replacement.
Wrong address or address changes
We process orders quickly, so we can only modify the shipping address if your order hasn't yet shipped. To request an address change:
- Email us immediately at service@ecoguardstore.com with your order number and the corrected address.
- If the order has already shipped, we can't redirect it through the carrier in most cases. You'll need to refuse the delivery and wait for it to return to us, then we'll reship to the correct address.
For incorrect addresses entered at checkout that result in a failed delivery, customers may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has been packed and labeled, we can't cancel it — but you can return it free of charge under our Return Policy once it arrives.
